Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your KIRAA purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition. To get started, simply reach out to us at maisonkiraa@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process with care. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize — just send us a photo at maisonkiraa@gmail.com and we'll make it right straight away. Thank you for trusting KIRAA.
